Mark your calendars, and come down to Subtext to meet the Sole Junkie artist himself, Steven Cedré. We’ll have plenty of books on hand, and some custom kicks from Steven on display as well. Over the years, Cedré has been featured in shows around the world, and has done custom kicks for Talib Kweli, MC Serch, Bobbito Garcia, & many more. Our friend Michael Long of Transit Creative is the author and designer of the book which features 40 pairs of custom kicks done throughout Steven’s career. The book is beautifully designed, and also traces some of the people and places that inspired the artist. So come down to Subtext on April 17th, meet the artist and author, and get a signed copy of this truly original monograph.
